Storms and Volcanos

Each hour, some storms or volcanoes can spawn around the map (These tiles would already be mountainous and unreachable. Not all mountains turn into a volcano in each event but a random selection of them.

Tiles with 2 distances to the volcanoes have increased drop rates for items. All actions done there would provide more experience toward leveling.
